crown royal purple bag project at sam’s club

The Ask: Crown Royal has a program to turn donated Crown Royal Bags into care packages for active American military heroes around the world. Sam’s Club decided to “Join the Mission” to help distribute bags to Sam’s Club Members. We developed an event site and collateral to bring the Purple Bag Project to 10-15 clubs.

In the initial round, we proposed small, medium and large footprints to make the biggest impact while giving us flexibility depending on our space allotment in club. Our team developed creative, sourced additional elements such as pens, ice buckets and bags, and then coordinated with the participating Sam’s locations to manage the event.
